processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD).
2. What data we process
We only process data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for each purpose. This website has no contact forms, user accounts or newsletter: the only data you give us is what you choose to send us by email (your address and the content of your message).
We also process technical connection data, such as your IP address or browser type, which the server necessarily receives in order to deliver the pages to you and protect the website.
Only if you accept them in the banner do we process browsing data through Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies, as set out in the Cookie policy. In addition, we count visits with the anonymous, cookieless statistics described in the "Visitor statistics" section of this page.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, trade union membership, biometric data or similar). If you choose to send us such data in the body of a message, we will delete it as soon as we notice it.
Anyone who provides us with data guarantees that it is accurate and is responsible for any false or inaccurate statement, as well as for any third-party data they share with us, in which case they must have informed those third parties beforehand.
3. Why we process it
To respond to the enquiries and messages you send us by email.
To understand how the website is used in order to improve its content and tools: with analytics cookies, only if you consent, and with anonymous, cookieless statistics.
To keep the website secure, prevent fraudulent use and comply with the legal obligations that apply to us.
4. Legal basis for processing
Consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for analytics cookies and any other non-exempt cookie.
Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) to respond to the messages we receive, to keep the website secure and operational, and for the anonymous visit statistics.
Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR) where a law requires us to keep or disclose certain data.
5. How long we keep it
Emails you send us are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication, unless we need to keep them longer to deal with possible legal liabilities.
Data obtained through cookies is kept for the periods stated in the Cookie policy, and anonymous statistics data for the periods stated in the "Visitor statistics" section.
Data processed on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw it.
6. Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law (public authorities, courts and tribunals, or law enforcement agencies).
The providers who supply us with services — hosting (including its network and security service, Cloudflare), email or web analytics — may access it as data processors, always under a contract that complies with article 28 of the GDPR and solely for the purpose entrusted to them.
7. International transfers
By default, data is hosted on servers located within the European Economic Area. If any provider involves a transfer outside the EEA, it is carried out under the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses with supplementary measures.
Cloudflare is a United States company. Any data it may process there is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which it has signed up, and by standard contractual clauses.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Affiliate links
Some pages contain Amazon affiliate links. When you click one, you leave this website and go to Amazon, which processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
The link only contains this website's affiliate ID, which allows Amazon to attribute purchases to us; it contains no data about you. Amazon only provides us with aggregated click and sales reports, with no personal data that identifies you.
We do not sell products or handle orders, payments or deliveries: any purchase is made directly with Amazon.
9. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability and not to be subject to automated individual decision-making.
To do so, write to [email protected] or to , stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. We will reply within one month, which may be extended to two if the request is complex.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).
10. Security measures
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data and to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access: TLS encryption of traffic, access control, backups and incident logging.
No system is infallible. In the event of a security breach that poses a risk to your rights, we would notify the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos and, where appropriate, the people affected, within the time limits set by the GDPR.
11. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we find that we have processed a minor's data without the consent of their parent or guardian, we will delete it.
12. Cookies
This website uses its own technical local storage and, only if you accept them, third-party analytics cookies. Details of what they are, what they are for and how to manage them are in the Cookie policy, linked in the footer of every page.
13. Changes to this policy
reserves the right to amend this policy to reflect new legislation, case law or guidance from the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or changes to the services provided. Any changes will be published on this page and its date will be updated.
Visitor statistics
To understand how the website is used, uses an anonymous statistics service hosted on a server in the European Union. It is managed by an external provider acting as data processor. It does not use cookies, which is why we do not ask for your consent in the banner.
It collects the page visited and the page on this website you came from (without URL parameters), the external domain you arrived from and, if the link includes them, campaign parameters (utm), screen width, where you click and on which element of the page (by its technical name, not its text), how far you scroll and how long you are active. It never collects the text of the page or anything you type.
The service does not create any identifier: each interaction is stored with nothing linking it to who you are or to your visits on other days or to other websites. The time is stored rounded to the nearest quarter of an hour, and if a page address contains an email address, a long number or a code, it is masked. The service is loaded from this same website: the server delivering the page receives your IP address, as any web server does, but the statistics service neither reads nor stores it.
The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of in understanding how the website is used in order to improve it (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Interaction details are kept for 30 days and are not included in backups; after that, only aggregated statistics remain (counts per page and per day), which are anonymous.
You can object to this measurement at any time using the "Don't measure my visits" button at the top of this page. The service stops sending data from that browser immediately, including in any other open tabs.
